The main living room has tall, cathedral ceilings with displays of Marvel artwork around the space. A great perk -- first floor master bedroom with en suite full bathroom! Enjoy your favorite Avengers movie with complimentary Disney+ access and built in surround sound...you'll feel like you're at your very own movie theatre! Head down to the finished basement where you'll find an awesome second hangout area with another TV and ample seating. Play a game of pool or challenge your friends to a game of air hockey! Please Note: We require a 4-night minimum stay for guests residing within the local area. If you are a local resident and have questions regarding this policy, please send us an inquiry before booking. EXTRA CHARGES Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750+ charge for extra cleaning entailed. Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge. Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering. PET POLICY $75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation) All pets must be kenneled and house trained All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was extremely clean and well maintained, which is always my top priority. The location was perfect, close to so many restaurants, shops, and things to do, which made everything super convenient. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from check in to check out. I truly felt comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Highly recommend to anyone whether or not you are a marvel fan or not. House was comfortable, welcoming, and has everything you need. It’s also near a lot of restaurants and activities around the area Communication and understanding was great and fast As a group of adults who are marvel fans we all felt like a kids again exploring and looking at all the detail that was all around the house. Definitely a place I would come back to again

Took my daughter and a few of friends here, so they all had a place to hang out for her birthday weekend. We loved the place! Comfy beds and amazing, hot showers. The place was super clean, and the kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Very spacious, and close driving to so many great restaurants! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here. Overall, a great place to stay if you have a large group. Samantha was a great host, and has the coolest house on the block!
