It also has two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a walk in shower). The Entertainment Hub: A dedicated second living space packed with arcade games, a pool table, and a massive Smart TV. Relaxation Zones: Choose between the plush main living room, the sun-drenched four-seasons room, or the spacious fenced-in backyard. Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped for long-term stays with a coffee/tea bar (creamer & sugar included!) and plenty of prep space. 🏊 The Backyard Oasis Enjoy our heated outdoor swimming pool (depths from 3’ to 8’6”), perfect for summer afternoons. Note: The pool is open seasonally from mid-May to mid-September. Maintenance: Weekly professional cleaning is provided; a net is available poolside for any wind-blown debris between visits. Safety First: The yard is fully fenced. Life jackets and pool safety equipment are provided. Children and pets must be supervised at all times. Other Details to Note

Long term stays are welcome! Please Note: We require a 4-night minimum stay for guests residing within the local area. If you are a local resident and have questions regarding this policy, please send us an inquiry before booking. EXTRA CHARGES Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed. Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge. Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering. A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment. Guests must sign a liability waiver regarding swimming pool use after booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in delay in sending check in instructions. Owner of home and host are not liable for guest use of swimming pool. Supervision of all persons with health conditions, children, and pets is required at all times, no exceptions. Please note swimming pool is cleaned every week on Wednesday o Thursday in the afternoon. Normal foliage debris will fall into the pool since it is an outdoor, uncovered pool. PET POLICY $75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation) All pets must be kenneled and house trained All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

There is no question that we would stay here again. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were great. There were plenty of clean towels which included beach towels for the pool area. There were several blow up floats for the pool and an air pump in the laundry room. The game room and the pool were fantastic. The pool was well maintained and clean (the trees do drop a lot of stuff into the pool but that doesn't make it any less enjoyable). There are actually 2 separate backyards, one with the pool and a grassy area with some yard games and the other yard has a fire pit and was very shaded by mature trees. We do want to warn people about having their dog on the pool deck. Our dog severely burned his paws after just a short time on the cement around the pool. This was 100% our fault and nothing against the location or the host but we hope we can help others avoid this mistake by mentioning it.

Beautiful pool and yard. Host took great care to respond to needs. Home has an excellently stocked kitchen for cooking! If we are back in the area with the whole family again we hope this house is available!!
